7 same type buildings, PVC carpentry, and wooden facade in combination with a Styrofoam one. Production and installation by Easy Building.
Specific roof construction made of wood and LLD supports. Roof overhang 300 cm. Steel was not used in the structural structure, except in the connection system. Connections at the contact of AB construction and wall panels, i.e. columns, are also specific.
Carpentry: aluminum oak wood, three-layer glass, external Venetian blinds made of aluminum, mechanisms hidden in the facade cladding made of wood wool and ventilated facade wooden cladding.
Assembled in 2019.
Prefab House Chamonix France 3
In the foothills, about 15 km from Mont Blanc, altitude 1460m. Snow load 5.2KN/m².
Larch facade on wood wool with a substructure. Extremely high-quality wooden facade joinery with triple glazing. Production of elements and assembly with transport – 32 days.
Built in 2016.
The house was originally designed for classical construction, with concrete and brick. All elements including roof badges are prefabricated in one piece with factory installed joinery. Slopes of roof planes – 45 and 60 degrees. Exceptional attention to standards and more for acoustic protection, preventing the spread of structural noise inside the construction. For fire protection reasons, the external facade is made with 120 mm stone facade wool.
The house was built in 2013.
“In the mirror” houses, classic wooden prefabricated construction. Panels with built-in joinery, electric blinds. Classic tile for the covering. Residential units separated by dilation and acoustics.
The house was built in 2017 in Annemasse, France.
House – extension in a small and inaccessible yard. The only house that was built according to the ‘small panel’ system, as haulage was unable to access the construction site. Wooden facade wool with silicate-silicone finishing layers. A specific living room measuring 8.8×9.2m without structural columns within the dimensions. The house was built in 2017 in Lyon, France.

A very specific structure within the structural assembly. Ground floor made of concrete. Built in 2015 in the French Alps, Valloire ski center.
Prefab House Villach
Wooden lattice roof supports, with partially used attic. PVC carpentry with external aluminum clip cladding, electric Venetian blinds. Styrofoam classic facade. Built as per Austrian standards, assembly and roofing works by Easy Building, installation works by an Austrian company. Built in 2017, in Villach, Austria.
The building was originally designed for classical construction, concrete and brick. It consists of two separate family houses that are seasonally used for renting out to tourists. Flat roof with SIKA membrane as waterproofing. Very good experience regarding thermal characteristics in the summer period.
Built in 2013 in Ližnjan, Croatia.
The building was constructed at the same location as the Boullet building in the French Alps in Valloire, but with a different investor. A three-level family house, entirely constructed by Easy Building except for the installation works.

The house was built in 2018 in Norway, according to Norwegian standards, but with a somewhat stronger construction than usual. The roof was made consistent with the system of wooden panels with pre-installed thermal insulation with a classic roof chair instead of lattice supports. Why? For reasons of rationalization of the time required for assembly work. PVC carpentry, Styrofoam facade with substructure and wooden fir wood painted facade, installed in the factory. All facade openings, windows and doors were carried out in the Easy Building factory.

Prefab House PC St. Michel de Mouriene
In St. Michel de Mouriene in France, built in 2015. A family house with a garage that also serves as a workspace.
Larch facade on wooden facade wool on the outside, stone wool in the constructive wall and 50 mm of mineral wool in the installation plane as the structure of the facade wall. The roof is made of classic wooden boards on a strong construction of LLD cornices and rafters. Concrete glazed tile on the roof.
The house was built in 2014, in Annemasse, France. A family residential building in the standard version of the energy-efficient structure of a prefabricated house.
Building addition to the existing residential building from 1892. It is characterized by a large floor height of the ground floor of 3.2 meters and a flat roof. A part of the facade is made of brick cladding, thickness 20 mm – hard Styrofoam and glue sheets. Built within 7 working days in the scope of work: construction, roof waterproofing, facade works and installations with plaster works. External PVC aluminum carpentry with electrically operated facade Venetian blinds.

A building with probably the highest standards by Easy Building. A semi-detached house built on the site of an old and dilapidated prefabricated house. A new AB construction of the basement and above it a new prefabricated building. Special acoustic protection in the contact of two units vertically, as well as a structural acoustic protection within each unit individually. Floor visible wooden NE structure. AL facade. Woodwork is a combined Styrofoam and Larch wood facade. Exceptional thermal protection. Wall thickness 42cm. Snow load 6.5KN/m². Built in Valloire, France, in 2015.
Assembled for the needs of the Pančevo art biennial in 2016. An assembled and dismantled house. Originally mounted in the Central Park in Pančevo, and dismantled, transported and reassembled in the Narodna Bašta Park in Pančevo after 2 months. Easy assembly construction with demountable sheet metal cladding on the facade. Complete interior in wooden boat floor – White pine. Assembly 1 day.
Assembled with lattice supports of the roof structure as a radical solution due to the fact that the attic space is unused. The basement part was built according to the classic masonry construction system. Styrofoam facade, seven-chamber PVC joinery with three-layer glass.
Wooden prefab construction with larger spans of the mezzanine structure and roof and larger dimensions of openings than usual. Aluminum, oak wood joinery. A flat roof with a membrane as the final waterproofing.
A specific prefab house with a patented system of fastening wooden boards to the steel structure of the pontoon. Realization in 2016 on Ada Međica in Belgrade, in the classic way by using a truck crane. A specific scope made of wood due to the dynamic effects that occur on the water.
Assembly – 14 hours.
Assembled in a wooden assembly system combined with an extremely complicated steel frame. A wooden facade on the substructure and a tin roof as the final layer.
