An extension to an existing residential building from 1892.
The building features a high floor height of 3.2 meters in the ground floor section and a flat roof. Part of the facade is finished with a brick cladding, 20 mm thick, applied on a rigid polystyrene base with adhesive.
The project was completed in seven working days and included:
- Structure construction
- Roof waterproofing
- Facade work
- Installations with drywall work
- External PVC aluminum windows with motorized Venetian blinds.
