The building was originally designed for traditional construction using concrete and brick.
All elements were prefabricated, including the roof dormers, which were produced in a single piece with pre-installed windows in the factory. The roof slopes are 45 and 60 degrees.
Exceptional attention was given to acoustic protection, exceeding standard requirements to prevent the spread of structural noise within the building. For fire safety reasons, the external facade was constructed with 120 mm of rock wool insulation.
