What is the price of the buildings?
Easy Building DOO Pančevo does not produce standard prefabricated houses.

For this reason, we do not have a catalog or a price list of our products. Every building we have completed is unique, designed according to the investor’s project, tailored to their wishes and needs. Therefore, we determine the offer and price once you specify the type of house you want, including detailed information about the location where you plan to build.
The exception is our mobile homes, which are standardized. We currently offer seven models, each with a listed price and all other relevant details.
Do you build the foundation for the house?
No, the foundation construction is the responsibility of the investor.
What does the "gray phase" of construction include?
In this phase, all exterior and interior walls are assembled (as well as the intermediate floor structure if the house has multiple stories), and the building is placed under a roof. The exterior (facade) walls are delivered with installed joinery (or it is installed on-site).
Additionally, the gray phase includes facade work and sheet metal work, such as gutter installation, drip edge placement, and flashing.
For interior work, gypsum board installation and painting are included. The transportation of all building elements to the construction site is also covered in the price of this phase.
Do you deliver the mobile home fully assembled?
Mobile homes can be transported and delivered fully assembled.
In this case, a specialized oversized transport is used, and we collaborate with trusted partners to ensure a safe and secure delivery of the unit. Assembly can also be carried out on-site at the customer’s location. We choose the best option for you and the selected mobile home model.
What is the construction timeframe?
It depends on the size of the building. The timeline can also be affected by the complexity of the project in certain phases, as well as specific conditions at the construction site.
Approximately, the assembly can be completed within a few days to a few weeks.
Is a mobile home or an A-frame house a better choice for a vacation home?
It depends on your needs and the location where the house will be placed.
A-frame houses are ideal for mountainous and forested areas.
Mobile homes are also suitable for such locations but are additionally a great choice for coastal areas, riverbanks, and lakesides. You should also consider the possibility of relocating the structure later—this option is available if you choose a mobile home.
In both cases, you get comfort, functionality, quality, and high energy efficiency.
